- The Videos on Demand for each class will show up below as they become available at the end of each day!
- If the Ring says "This video is unavailable" it means that nothing is live or happening in that ring!
- While the stream is live, you can rewind up to 4 hours. Once the live session ends, rewind is no longer available and you’ll need to wait for the VOD to be uploaded.
- VOD access will remain available for approximately 1 year after the event.

How can I watch on my TV?
You can watch on your TV in a few easy ways:
Option 1: HDMI cable (recommended)
Connect your laptop directly to your TV for the most reliable experience.
Option 2: AirPlay (iPhone / iPad / Mac)
Mirror your screen to your TV using AirPlay.
Option 3: Chromecast (Google Chrome / Android)
Use the cast option in your browser to send the video to your TV.
Option 4: Watch through the YouTube app on your TV
You can also watch directly from your TV using the YouTube app:
- On your computer or phone, open the livestream from our website
- Make sure you are logged into your YouTube account
- Start the video and let it play for a few seconds
- On your TV, open the YouTube app and log into the same account
- Go to Library → History to find your stream
Tips:
- If you don’t see the video right away, wait a few seconds and refresh
- You may also find it under “Continue Watching”
- Make sure you are logged into the same YouTube account on both devices
