What's Included?
Your purchase includes access to a private event page where you can watch the livestream and access the Video on Demand (VOD) once the event has concluded.
Features include:
- Full HD, multi-camera production
- Individual ring views (watch each ring separately)
- Rewind the livestream up to 4 hours while it is live
- Podium ceremonies and enhanced event coverage
How to Purchase & Access Your Event
To purchase access, click the Order Videos button in the top right corner of our website. Select the event you'd like to watch and complete your purchase.
Once your purchase is confirmed, you will receive an email with your access details. This means your access is ready.
You can access your event by either:
- Clicking the access button in your confirmation email, or
- Visiting our website and opening the VOD Library.
When Are VODs Available?
As soon as the livestream ends, the VOD becomes available on the same event page. There is no need to wait for a separate upload or email.
How Long Are VODs Available?
VOD access is typically available from the first day of the event for approximately one year.
If we return to provide coverage of the same event the following year, access to the previous year's VODs may end when the new event coverage begins. If the event is not covered again the following year, VODs generally remain available for about one year from the first day of the event.

Preorder Packages are offered in the weeks leading up to select events and are designed for competitors who want to secure videos of their runs in advance.
Depending on the event, packages may include
all of your runs or
a set number of runs. Preordering always offers a better value than purchasing individual runs during or after the event.
Please note that Preorder Packages are only available before the event and cannot be purchased once the competition has started. During the event, only Individual Run videos are available for purchase.
What Are Preorder Packages?
Video Pickup & Delivery
Unless your Preorder Package includes (or you purchase) the optional
Email Delivery, your videos must be downloaded during the event.
After your final run, simply visit the
Video Booth, where our team will guide you through downloading your videos directly to your personal device.
To help you prepare, we'll send you a reminder email the day before the event with pickup instructions.
If your videos are not downloaded during the event, a
$10 Email Delivery fee will be required to have them delivered after the event. Please allow up to
2 weeks for email delivery.
Delivery Times
Event Pickup (Recommended):
Your videos are available immediately after your final run and can be downloaded directly to your personal device at the Video Booth.
Email Delivery:
If you purchased the optional Email Delivery, or if you request delivery after the event (subject to the $10 delivery fee), please allow up to
2 weeks for delivery.

What Are Individual Run Videos?
How to Purchase
Individual Run Videos are typically available beginning the week after the event.
To place an order, click the
Order Videos button on this page, select the event and the run(s) you'd like to purchase, then provide the
dog's name and
handler's name during checkout.
At select events, Individual Run Videos may also be purchased directly at the Video Booth during the competition.
Delivery Time
After your purchase is complete, please allow up to 2 weeks for your video to be delivered by email via a download link.
While this is our estimated delivery time, we always do our best to deliver your videos as quickly as possible.
If you need your video sooner, please contact us before or immediately after placing your order. If possible, we'll be happy to prioritize your request.
Delivery Method
Your completed video will be delivered by email as a downloadable link.
Please be sure to use a valid email address during checkout so we can deliver your order successfully.
