1. 🔐 Access & Login
I purchased access — how do I watch the event?
Once your purchase is confirmed, you will receive an email with your access details. This means your access is ready.
You can either:
- Click the access button in that email, or
- Go directly to our website and open the VOD Library
When you click on your event inside the VOD Library, you’ll be asked to enter your email to receive a login code.
Important:
You must use the
same email address used at checkout, or access will not work.
After entering your email, wait a minute for your code to arrive, then enter it to access your event.
If you see a message that says “The provided email is not found”, it usually means:
- There may be a typo in the email, or
- You are using a different email than the one used for your purchase
I didn’t receive my login code
First, check your spam or junk folder — this is the most common reason.
If you requested multiple codes, only the most recent one will work. Wait 1–2 minutes and use the latest email you received.
Still not seeing it? Try requesting a new code and make sure your email is entered correctly.
My login code isn’t working
Login codes expire after a few minutes, and only the latest code sent is valid.
If you requested multiple codes, earlier ones will no longer work.
Wait a moment, then use the
most recent email you received.
I’m using an iPhone or iPad and it’s not working
Some mobile devices have issues when opening links inside email apps.
👉 For best results:
- Open the link in Safari or Chrome
- Avoid using the built-in email browser
- Tap “Open in Browser” if available
If the login doesn’t advance after entering your code, open the website in Safari or Chrome, and find your event in the VOD Library. In other words, don't try to log in using the login email we sent you; instead, open the page separately and retry the login.
I entered my email but didn’t get a code right away
In some cases (especially with providers like Comcast or Yahoo), emails may take a minute to arrive.
👉 What to do:
- Wait at least 1–2 minutes
- Check spam/junk folder
- Then request a new code if needed
The best way to fix this quickly is to request a change of email address. Send us an email and we'll take care of it as soon as possible.
2.🎥 Watching the Event
How can I watch on my TV?
You can watch on your TV in a few easy ways:
Option 1: HDMI cable (recommended)
Connect your laptop directly to your TV for the most reliable experience.
Option 2: AirPlay (iPhone / iPad / Mac)
Mirror your screen to your TV using AirPlay.
Option 3: Chromecast (Google Chrome / Android)
Use the cast option in your browser to send the video to your TV.
Option 4: Watch through the YouTube app on your TV
You can also watch directly from your TV using the YouTube app:
- On your computer or phone, open the livestream from our website
- Make sure you are logged into your YouTube account
- Start the video and let it play for a few seconds
- On your TV, open the YouTube app and log into the same account
- Go to Library → History to find your stream
Tips:
- If you don’t see the video right away, wait a few seconds and refresh
- You may also find it under “Continue Watching”
- Make sure you are logged into the same YouTube account on both devices
Where do I watch after the livestream has ended?
Once the livestream ends, the event will be available in the VOD Library.
You can return anytime and watch the videos included in your purchase.
How long do I have access to my event?
You will have access to your event for an extended period after purchase (typically up to 1 year, depending on the event).
You can return anytime during that period to watch the videos.
3. 🛒 Video Purchases
What is a Preorder Package?
Preorder Packages are a discounted option for competitors to purchase most (or sometimes all) of their individual run videos during the event.
They are typically available about one week before the competition and are no longer available once the event begins.
How do I receive my videos?
- By default, videos must be downloaded on-site at the booth after your final run
- If you purchased email delivery ($10), your videos will be sent to you approximately 2 weeks after the event
You will also receive a reminder email with download instructions before the event begins.
What are Individual Runs?
Individual Runs are edited videos of each run, ready to use however you like.
They are perfect for:
- Training
- Sharing
- Keeping your favorite moments
How can I purchase them?
- During the event, directly at the booth, or
- After the event, with delivery sent via email
